Last years New Years Eve ZUMBA party was so fun Katie and Angela have decided to to it again!! Dec 31st at 4:30pm. They are looking for song requests so if you have a favorite dance song let them know soon so they can start to plan!

Effective immediately 6:30pm ZUMBA on Monday nights is cancelled. But there is still ZUMBA at 4:15pm on Tuesdays and 5:15pm on Wednesdays!

Footwear – Construction

Due to construction there is a lot of sand/gravel that is being brought into the Studio and Fitness Center.  Please carry your workout shoes into the building and change before your workout.  That would be greatly appreciated!!
