Kids Yoga is a great way to get your child interested in yoga.
Children will learn how to self calm and breath. This class requires parent participation. This class will consist of games, breathing
exercises and relaxation using visual techniques. Children have to be between the ages of 4-8 years to participate. There is free
WeeCare available for younger siblings under the age of 4 years.

If you are you new to Group Fitness – here are some tips to help you get started!
• Choose the classes that work best for your schedule as well as ones that are geared for your goals and fitness level. (Reach out to a Group Fitness Instructor or the GF Manager)
• Arrive at least 10 min early to class to introduce yourself to the Instructor, this way the Instructor can find out more about you and you can find out exactly what to expect in that class.
• Expect to take a class at least 4-5 times before deciding if it the right fit for you or if you “like it”. Be kind to yourself and give it some time!

If 318 school district and surrounding area districts are closed due to winter weather NO Studio, Cycle Group Fitness Classes, WeeCare, WeeFolks or Water Classes will be held. The fitness center, pool, gym and racquetball courts will be available to use.
